Our 7-Day Return Policy – Easy and Hassle-Free

At Birdeco, we want you to love every item you purchase from us. That’s why we offer a 7-day return policy. From the day you receive your item, you’ll have 7 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item is in its original condition – unused, with all parts, tags (if any), and in its original packaging. Be sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Please note: Returns without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please inspect it upon delivery and let us know within 48 hours. We’re committed to making it right as quickly as possible to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We aim to keep returns flexible, but some items are not eligible:

  • Custom-made products

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest solution is to return the original product and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item without delay.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the funds. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at team@birdeco.com.
