You may return eligible non-custom items within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
Please contact us at team@birdeco.com before returning any items to receive approval and return instructions.
Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are made specifically to your wall dimensions and design.
We cannot resell or repurpose custom kits, so all custom orders are considered final.
However, if your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace the affected pieces at no additional cost.
If your order arrived with damage or missing pieces, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear photo of the issue
Measurements of any damaged parts (if applicable)
We'll do our best to ship replacements within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, it may take 3โ7 business days to appear in your account.
